nearly so, pigments are manufactured to be wholly insoluble in water.
Dyes are either synthesized or derived from natural plants.

PROCESS TECHNOLOGY
This can be obtained through training at NARICT at a moderate fee.

These include: designing master wastness machine, Xenon arc lamp, crock meter, Reflux condenser vacuum dryer, grey scale.
